Recently I have decided to return to The Spire, this means that the servers are back on track for release. We will be primarily developing/porting Fallout: New Vegas roleplay including a migration from Clockwork -> NutScript seeing as there is more that we feel that we can do with NutScript and the performance gains make it quite worth it. There will be no feature loss, we will still have SPECIAL, addictions, gambling, ect.
We will also be developing a side server and other small projects for when Fallout Roleplays storyline reaches a conclusion.
Fallout reaching a conclusion?
One thing I've been considering is a start date and an end date for Fallout: New Vegas Roleplay, with the conclusion of the storyline being the battle of hoover damn and the changes that are inflicted upon the people of the server. The start date will be exactly June 19th and the end date will be New Years... Why? When we start out on June 19th it will be the date of April 19th, 2177 this date is important because it is exactly 6 months before the events of the Courier, assuming the Courier takes only 7 days to complete his journey we can have the battle of Hoover damn on December 26th and roleplay the changes brought by the battle with the server concluding on January 1st, 6 days later.
I feel like after the battle happens there will be nothing to drive the story forward, and that if nothing is going to push the story forward then the server will slowly begin to decay there will no longer be events and tensions to drive the economy many people may start to leave due to disinterest, I rather have a new server with a fresh new setting and a fresh new storyline than let our server slowly hit rockbottom and die off, Futurama is a good example of something that was let go of in an appropriate time, Terminator and STALKER roleplay that were/are hosted by TacoNBanana.com are good examples of servers that were held onto for far too long.
Although it isn't set in stone, I haven't seen any decent reasoning that goes against this so it's going to stick for now and I know that as much as it sucks but you can already see what we are doing with Fallout, imagine what we can do with other settings and locations, the possibilities are endless.

Fallout: New Vegas Roleplay or Fallout: NVRP is a fan made mod for the game Garry's Mod that uses assets from Fallout: New Vegas. You are required to posses a legal copy of Fallout: New Vegas in order to connect to our servers. If you do not have a copy of Fallout: New Vegas you may be removed from the server immediately with no warning.
Any ported asset are to stay on our servers, since we cannot ensure if clients own Fallout: New Vegas if they are on other server. Our map will also be IP locked to our server and connection will be refused if you attempt to host it on any server besides our own, this is to ensure that the client owns Fallout: New Vegas and isn't using our ported assets in a way that could inflict harm onto Bethesda.
We are not associated or affiliated with Bethesda Softworks
We do not own or claim to own any copyright or trademark that is related to Fallout: New Vegas
We are not making or plan on making any sort of money or donations, this is not for financial gain.
